Musings of a Failed Emo: Episode #3

I wanted to hang out with real emo kids, but when I sat with a group of them during lunch period, they told me that I didn't have the right look. I asked what was wrong. "You're not pale enough. Emo kids don't tan," they said. I told them that black people can't get very pale. They told me that Michael Jackson had managed it well enough. So I left and sat with the other group of emo kids, who told me that I had been at the table with the Confederate Emos. Who knew?
